Start by joining our investor circle through a short online form. We’ll then arrange a brief Zoom call to get to know you, your investment goals, and the types of properties you’re looking for. This is a great opportunity for us both to see if we’re the right fit to work together.
Once you're on board, we’ll add you to our exclusive investor mailing list. You’ll receive off-market, below-market-value (BMV) property deals on a first-come, first served basis.
Each deal is carefully sourced, negotiated, and pre qualified we gather builder quotes, comparable, and assess the deal against our internal criteria before sharing it with you.

If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll ask for your proof of funds and ID to reserve the property and liaise with the seller or agent. A refundable holding deposit is paid into our secure holding account to take the property off the market while contracts progress.
Need help managing the refurbishment, finding tenants, or preparing the property for resale? We can connect you with trusted tradespeople, agents, and letting partners or manage it on your behalf where possible.
